Project Overview

World of Haiku is an innovative digital card game that combines strategic gameplay with stunning visuals in a cyberpunk-inspired universe. As the Senior UI and Optimization Developer, I was responsible for creating robust UI systems and implementing crucial performance optimizations.

Advanced UI System Development

  • Engineered a custom UI system built on Unity’s Canvas framework
  • Implemented a visual tween animation system allowing designers to create animations without coding
  • Developed an efficient panel management system that optimizes performance by managing Canvas components

  • Reduced WebGL build size from 2.1GB to 500-700MB through:
